I realise that many people don’t like training in a gym environment, so instead… I go to them! All you need is enough room to lie on your floor. With 21 years of experience teaching numerous Group Exercise classes throughout the city, you can trust that I’ll bring anything else we need.

Prior to fitness, I was a Researcher and University Lecturer in Biochemistry/Toxicology with particular interest in cancer of the lung. After losing my partner to cancer and seeing how fitness helped him add years to his life, I decided to help others do the same.


Exercise is helpful as prehab; during treatment it’s been shown to improve efficacy (eg Schmitt et al. 2022), and post-treatment, exercise not only assists recovery but massively helps to prevent recurrence. What’s not to love?

I run free classes but if the gym makes you uncomfortable, book a 1-2-1 consultation. And we can take it from there! 


I provide Personal Training straight to your home. No need to overcome the fear of “getting there” – I can come to you! This can be face to face in the Edinburgh area or online via Zoom if you’re further afield. 


I also provide training through cancer – before, during and after treatment. Irrespective of diagnosis staying fit and healthy will prolong your life. What have you got to lose?
